Community Amenities
As part of the Hulen Heights HOA, residents have access to several community features that are maintained. Please review the information below for hours, rules, and contact details.
Swim Center
Season: Open from May 10 to September 24.
Hours:
Tuesday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Closed on Mondays, except Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Access: Residents must complete the Pool Use Agreement and present a photo ID at each visit.
Reservations: Pool reservations for parties or large groups must be submitted online in the Resident Portal.
Note: There is no lifeguard on duty. Residents are responsible for their safety and that of their guests.
