The Hulen Heights Amenities Center and Pool consists of a junior Olympic size pool and a kiddie pool for children. The pool is open 10:00 am to 10:00 pm during the season featuring a monitor for resident check-in.
Roof and Fence Replacement Reminders
You may have received damage to your fence or roof from the storms that have come through the area over the last couple of weeks. Please note that before you replace or modify the fence or roof that you must obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Please see the ACC tab on this website for ACC request form and checklists for your convenience. We understand that you will want to get this done as soon as possible and we will make every effort to process the request quickly.
Hulen Heights is proud of providing the structure for a very active Homeowner's Association. Hulen Height's HOA is actively involved in the community and organizes many neighborhood clubs and special events. The HOA protects property values, maintains the beauty of our community and encourages family fun!
Change to Our Online Payment Provider
Beginning May 22, 2017, we will be working with ClickPay as our new provider for accepting homeowner payments online. ClickPay will be replacing our existing online payment provider as the preferred way of accepting homeowner payments. Homeowners will be required to activate their new account with ClickPay on or after May 22, 2017 in order to pay online moving forward.
