Access to the pool area is for members of Hulen Heights and their guests only.


NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY 

GUESTS: A homeowner must accompany all guests. Four guests per address are permitted free of charge; additional guests will be charged $3 per guest to the homeowner’s account. A maximum of TEN GUESTS per visit. Any party larger than 10 guests require a pool party reservation. The party must be approved by the HOA Board, and the reservation fee/deposit paid at least 14 days in advance.

Those who rent or lease a home in Hulen Heights are allowed 4 guests, with the exception of an approved pool party reservation.

RULES:

  1. Proof of residency must be submitted via application for admittance into pool facilities.

  2. Babies in paper diapers are not permitted in pools. SWIM DIAPER ONLY. NO diaper changing in pool area.

  3. Children who are not toilet trained MUST WEAR A SWIM DIAPER.

  4. No one should swim alone.

  5. No one under 16 years of age permitted in pool area without an adult 18 years or older in attendance.

  6. Children in baby pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  7. No running or rough housing.

  8. No diving.

  9. No glass containers, no food or drinks in pool or around the edge of pool.

  10. No smoking, no vaping, no electronic smoking devices or use of any tobacco products.

  11. No animals are allowed in pool or pool area.

  12. Standard swim wear only.

  13. No abusive language, loud radio or excessive noise.

  14. Hulen Heights HOA assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to personal property left in pool area.

  15. Hulen Heights HOA assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to anyone resulting from pool use.

  16. No rafts or other large flotation devices allowed in pool area.

  17. Swimmers must shower before entering pools.

  18. Alcohol should not be consumed prior to or while using these facilities. No alcohol allowed at pool area.

  19. No bike riding, roller blading, skateboarding, etc. within pool area.

  20. No person who has a communicable disease may use the pool.

  21. Safety equipment is to be used only in case of emergency.

  22. No jumping or diving from the circular fountain.

  23. Electrical outlets are not for personal devices including, but not limited to radios, computers, cell phones or any other device that may require electricity.

Do not use the pool if you or your child has had diarrhea in the previous two weeks. If you or your child is found to be responsible for a closure due to fecal matter your household will lose pool privileges for at least 7 days. In the event of a second incident, all costs to clean and reopen the pool may be assigned to your family and a fine may be assessed. Please note the cost of fecal cleanup and monitoring range from $500 to $1000 dollars for each incident.
